Cooking Instructions: Bake directly from frozen (FREEZER TO OVEN), Place in oven at 170ºC and bake for 10 min, drop temp to 150ºC and bake for a further 10-15 min. Quiche should be firm to the touch, could be a little wobbly but no liquid must be present.
Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at -18ºC
